Maria Olson, Administrative Assistant
Maria is currently working full time Administrative Assistant with Personnel Decisions International, a global human resources consulting firm headquartered in Minneapolis. She is also a part time volunteer with FIRE as a board member in charge of volunteer recruitment and publicity. She moved to Minnesota from the Philippines in 2005. Her background includes a graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Bachelors Degree in International Studies from De La Salle University in Manila. She previously worked as a foreign affairs research specialist and as a junior professor of International Studies and Business in Manila.
In her spare time, Maria enjoys reading, cooking, scrapbooking and finding ways to keep warm during the Minnesota winter. She is very excited about the opportunity to work at Central Presbyterian Church and looks forward to meeting everyone.
